Bad bad bad service with unresolved querry

Hi African bank

I bought a sony 6.2 component and 32' plasma tv in 2011/08/03 from elllerines springs and african bank loaned me for the items purchased. due to unsatisfactory of the component i returned the items back to ellerines after querry the isue several times with them and with no respond. I ask them to cancel the deal since i am not happy with the items. Then end of the month african bank debited money from my account i went to my bank to reverse the money. after a year 2012 round about september i started getting calls from african saying i owe them R906 which came as suprize to me i asked what was it for they said they refundend money to my account becouse they saw that the deal was cancelled what i did was to go to my bank and pulled the statement for the month they say they deposited the money and e-amail it to schonell who promised to forward the matter to the relevant department to deal with this matter to date the matter is unresolved and i send schonell e-mails every week to find out about the status of the matter she just dont reply i am disapointed seriosly
