I have had a transaction going through my bank account for a long time now, everytime i call my bank to find out what its for, i'mtold its ellerines, i called them last week, they gave me a head office number, i called eventually i was told its african bank, african bank tracked it and said its not on their books, its an old ellerines account, i have never had an account with elerines, this is realy making me angry because when i call ellerines now, i dont get any answer. i was now given the number 011 444 6474 and no answer. who are these people, and who would have given them the right to deduct money every month? i want answers, and i want my money back and all this nonsense to stop now.
i'm tired of all this run around, i have called more than 5 numbers, from absa, to fnb, ellerines, african bank, back to fnb and ellerines. i really dont have time to play. now african bank has checked the account and its not theirs, they refer me back to ellerines, whoever is responsible must fix this, someone is deducting this money and must just stop.
