African Bank Benoni not excepting deposits

I am a client of African Bank
first of all I wanted to pay exstra money into my account. African Bank provided me with a account number. I have made payment in this account - but the money does not reflect on these statement. I have send several emails to the email address on their website - no luck. No one gets back to you. In Northmead Square a new branch opened. I went into the branch wanting to make an in house payment - I was immediately notified that they are a loan centre and do not except payment - I need to go to the branch in Cranborne Ave Benoni. On the 24 of May I went to Cranbourne Ave Benoni African Bank. to be notified again that they do not except payments I need to go to Bears or Ellerines in Benoni. Please take note that I was the only customer in that branch The nearest branch was Bears. I walked into Bears asking to do a payment on my African Bank account. The lady behind the counter was immediately rude - she went on and on about Afrcan Bank sending all their people/customers for payment to them. They do not have the time to deal with this. I am African Bank client. I also believe I do not deserve this type of treatment. Where am I suppose to pay.
