Bad attitude from Mariette

I was contacted last week requesting to be quoted on life insurance - today I received a call from Mariette who was doing a following up on last weeks call - she was very rude and had a lot of accusations flying over the phone - please do yourselves a favour and listen to the recording as in my opinion this will cost you guys a lot of business. I was called today on tel no 012-450 2461 at 13H10. If this is the kind of attitude which is the norm then i doubt very much you guys willl be in business for long!!! As you can imagine I will definitely not give any positive reviews after the call and treatment I received today from Mariette - seriously!!! this is unacceptable - to accuse me of causing her to have a "bad day" when I was hardly given the time of day over the phone today!!! To the lady whom i spoke to last week thank you for your kindness!!! Sorry I can't remember your name.
