Hello Peter,

My complain today is about African Bank, I went to Bear Furniture shop got a deal of an ipad at the amount of 1 626 which i didnt like so i returned the ipad back to the shop and cancelled the deal, then took another one of two blackberries at the amout of 545. So the problem here is that African bank is derbiting my account for two deal and now they are sending me smses that i have reversed the money and they will blacklist me for doing that as it is the breach of contract of the first deal which is true i did reverse it because i dont have what i am paying for and i instructed my bank not to allow the derbit order of 1 626 to go through again.

Then today i called the bank spoke to a lady by the name of Tinyeko and she told me that they will send the smses and they will blacklist me for not paying. my point here is that i went to the shop to cancell the deal and the shop didnt cancel the derbit order with the bank which is not my fault. And now i am waiting for the february derbit order to be reversed back to my account. African Bank was supposed to return the money the derbited in february.
