African Demanding Unfair Payment

Hi All,
Can the matter please be investigated whereby African Bank is demanding a payment from me for the 02nd time after the account has already been settled.
I applied for a loan and credit card account at African bank on 03 March 2012.
I settled the accounts on 19 Sep 2012 with the amounts given by African bank.
I don't have the exact date but before 24 June 2013, African Bank advised that I owe them money. After I went to the Goodwood branch, I was advised that I need to pay R186.76. After I paid this, I advised that I want a paid up letter that also confirms that the account is closed. I see that that the date African Bank put on the paid up letter is 02 Jul 2013.
On 19 Jan 2014 I found a statement in the post advising that I have an outstanding balance of R425.00 with African bank.
After the first time, settling the account with African Bank, I did not have any extra transactions with this company (only paying them)
Can I please get all charges removed, ITC updated and get my R186.76 back with interest.
