I am now so frustrated with this unprofessional and incompetent Company!! Call Sure and Finrite.

On 16 September 2013 I finally got a call from the Supervisor after several requests for a competent person at the Call Sure Call Centre to contact me. She very arrogantly informed me of the Insurance Policy Terms and Condition and how they WILL handle this claim.

During the Period of 18 to 27 September 2013 I followed up several times towards my claim and every time a agent would make a promise to me for either when the repair will be completed and when I can expect my phone back. Many of the agents made sincere promises to return my call the very same day. No call was received.

On Monday 23 September 2013 I was promised to receive my Repaired Handset on 25/26 Sep.
On 25 Sep was promised will receive the Handset no later than 27 Sep.
Today 27 Sep Phumeza and Emmanuel are telling me they are trying to track the Handset, "I can expect the handset next week sometime.." Promise? "... I am sorry, but I cannot make any promises.."

THIS IS B U L L!!!

Do not consider this Insurer. They are unprofessional and unreliable and are now JUDGED AS LIARS!!!
