Aplied for loan on internet, Shanel from head office contacted me with an approval and she did assist me and did her best- thank you Shanel. She explain to me what they can offer me, but I could not understand well not Shanel fault, I can better understand if infront of me and I know step by step and cee all in black and white. Then I told her if I can make changes, the system did not allow that but she refer me to go to a branch near me. So I did and when I come there the consultant did not greed or even ask if she can assist, I told her about my approval and would like to know moore and see what its about, she took my documents, she was not friendly at all then she asked for payslip there was no stamp our company does not have one that's why I provide her a company letterhead with all details and stated that I'm an employee of that company, she said no there must state that we do not have a stamp? Why? I mean its a company letterhead with all details why say I do not have a stamp? Its, and she said I can't help you if its not on letterhead. She did not want to help me and is is not service at all she must go for customer serv training, realy I'm not satisfied with this
