I have had endless problems with customer service @ Cell C. promise after promise gets broken. I Made a call on the 3rd for a faulty handset [S4] which I had functional for a full two days. I was promised that the whole replacement would take 6-7 days. I am on 17 days and still no handset. Sent two contact me requests from their website - too 2 weeks for someone to call me on the weekend which meant nothing as I don't have my handset. Complained on Facebook, was promised by them that it would be delivered two days ago - still no handset. Multiple calls to the call center with promises - still no handset. - Event tweeted them - nothing. This is truly disgusting from a company that is suppose to care, and to top it I have just left Vodacom [which I have had for over 11 years] to be treated like this. I challenge Cell C to do what that said they will do - nothing more.
