I've gone through 3 faulty handsets from Vodacom and I complained to them telling them that I will not accept another "refurbished" handset from them and I was promised that if they cannot fix my last handset I will be given a new handset, I told them that as proof to me that its not another fixed handset I want it to be in a sealed box in which they responded that they will honour that request. After sending my handset to their advanced repairs centre they told me that it couldn't be fixed and a new handset is being sent. Yesterday (20/05/2013) I spoke to a consultant (who was apparently not filled in on the lie), she told me that they sent another refurbished unit, after that I received another call telling me that the previous agent and that the unit was new. Today (21/05/2013) I'm got another call from Boni (Repair Centre Head Office in JHB) saying that its a unit that has "no history" and they will not give me a new handset.

I want Vodacom to honour their promise to me and give me a new handset (proof of that will be a sealed handset) as I do not believe that they are being honest about the handset being new.
