Awful service and unhelpful

R5255 came out of my account last month, no warning no statement no phone call. Now being told because my broker didn't update my postal address they are back dating payments - UNACCEPTABLE! That money better appear back into my account or I will be finding a better more competent insurance company. You can't just take money out someone's account with no warning. I was also told if I had even claimed during those months that my broker messed up I wouldn't have been able to claim as my address would be wrong. How can you now charge me for something I wouldn't have been able to use?
