Do not know how to threat they client

This broker is giving me a very hard time when my car was in an accident i phone the broker they told me which tow in service is there i told them pricecion tow truck so then he told me that he can tow you but he didnt say where so the tow truck towed my car to his yard after 3/4 days they send me a bill of R9000.00 and they said i should pay that money to them otherwise there are not going to release my car so i had to pay it now i got my car back it took 2 months to get it to the panelbeaters then the panelbeaters took 2 months to repair it.and my broker told me that you will get vyour excess money backafter the repair and the other broker gave me in written that he is ready to pay half the amount cause by him and i sent all that documents to the new national broker now when im phoning them one minute thay giving me one story and next minute something else. im very tired because i have spent a lot of money while i have an insurance.who was supposed to help me because im paying every month. thanks
