Rejected claim- worst warranty cove

Business & Finance

SAW rejected a claim for my fuel pump on my BMW 135i after having the pressure converters on my turbo unit
Changed 245kms earlier. Their reason being that I have reached my limit for fuel systems and they treating it as one claim because the failure happened at the same time. Firstly, I don't see how 245kms later can be treated as 1claim. The claim for the pressure converters were incorrectly put through as an Air mass meter which is part of the fuel system hence exhausted my limit. When I asked the claim supervisor why it was put through incorrectly, he said that was the closest component to a pressure converter. I tried to explain him that the pressure converter AKA boost valve on their policy is covered under turbo assmebly. He refuses to listen to me or the technical supervisor from BMW. He also implied that Bmw had misdiagnosed the car initially which would mean that I drove the car for 245km with a failed fuel which is impossible. I am without a car for a week now. BMW dealers are now sceptical to deal with my car because of SAW. I will be get a full investigate done on this matter.
