Killian Insurance Broker
And underhanded debit orders

I am extremely upset with Killian Insurance brokers. After using them by recommendation by Toyota Strijdom Park, I was told they would be no fee for sourcing me insurance companies which I would then decide from at my own leisure. I confirmed this with the broker Don and Toyota more than once but to my dismay two days ago I get a message saying for service I will be charged R550. I phoned Don to which he said it was his mistake and it would be a once off fee. I did not want the service if it was a fee and asked for the money not to be taken out my account. After much arguing Don agreed to tell them not to debit my account. Today my account got debited with R550. I phoned Killian immediately and there response is that I can reverse the amount myself. Everything about this company is disgusting, lying about fees and lying when telling me they will not charge me, I expect they think I will just leave it and they will get their money but I will not. Essentially this is as I was clearly told their wasn't going to be a charge, when I found there was I asked it to be stopped and they didn't. Killian think they can get away with it but it's pathetic and just.
