Nedbank you!!!

I have a personal loan that I pay religiously for years. My contract says my account must be debited on the 25th of every month since thats when I get paid. On the 20th of September I had funds deposited into my FNB account for me to take my baby to the doctor and Nedbank the biggest took my money. I called in to request a reversal same day and they told me it was not reflecting yet on their side. I called on the 21st and requested a reversal and they told me it will take 48 hours to clear. I don't know what business they had in the first place to take my money before the said date!!! Today I called AGAIN in the morning and was told my money will be refunded before 12pm, guess what? I still don't have money to take my baby to the doctor!!! I feel so violated since Nedbank feel they can just my money anytime!!! I'm still waiting for the stupid superviser to call and explain. Tick tock tick tock REF number 8985748... I am so pisssssed mxm
