Still haven't updated my details

My company address have changed A YEAR AGO. And yet still the wrong address reflects on my statements, etc. I've sent this last year already, and my account manager at the time confirmed it has changed. And it hasn't!

I've sent it through AGAIN last week, together with my new company name as the company name have been officially changed at CIPC. Sent with it the CK2 confirming this.

And today I get my statement for Sept 2013, and STILL the company name is incorrect and the address is STILL incorrect! What will it take for you guys to update my company details?

I will not pay my invoice unless the correct invoice was sent to me with the updated details!
