Sorted out my Policy issues

My new banking details were given and it was never updated by the agent (name not available). My debit order didn't go off as scheduled and i called back only to find out it was never changed on my policy. Being very angry, the new agent Nazeer Jacobs (very friendly chap) calmed me when he said he'll take it upon to rectify it himself and come back to me once it's been sorted. So he did sort out the banking details but had the issue of my policy details not changing on the Virgin side for my Postal Address. He said he would take it higher up on his side to rectify the problem Virgin had on their system to have my details corrected on their side. He called me back with an update every second day for at least 1, 5 weeks with an update on the progress. The last call he made to me was when this issue was resolved on Virgin side and my policy details were corrected. Who ever sees this report, i hope Nazeer Jacobs gets more than a thank you. I wish every agent at every call centre can be be so good at their jobs that he / she leaves you as a happy client with every phone call made to you. Big up to Nazeer Jacobs and to Virgin Insurance for their good service.
