I was involved in an accident and I put in my online claim on the 20th of March 2012. I took in my car for assessment in one of the walk in centres in Hatfield on the 4th of April. The person handling my claim never made contact with me on the procedures that should be followed and I only found out due to me taking initiative to follow up on the claim. Adter I took in the car to be assessed I waited and waited and no feedback was received so again I followed up on it. I was told that they had approved repairs at one of the approved repairers and authorisation had been given. On the 15th I had not heard from the insurance company or the approved dealer. Again, I took initative to follow up and caller the repairer and found that they had not even received any authorisation. I just want to highlight how poor your feedback process is. Its been a month and still I don't have a date for which my car will go for repairs. I'm utterly disappointed
