Long over due Claim & Lack of feedback from MiWay

On the 24/07/13, at 07h30 I was in an accident, wherein a vehicle driving behind me bumped onto me and I than bumped onto the vehicle driving before me. I reported the incident at Pretoria Central Police Station, Case 473/07/2013. I made numerous of calls to MiWay on about the claim and have not received a satisfactory response from James, [Email Removed] at 0119900298. On 12/08/ 13 I called MiWay and I was informed that they were waiting for authorisation on the claim. After a week of no feedback, I called on the 19/08/13 and I was informed that MiWay is failing to find my previous insurance history. I informed James to call Corn? Van Rooyen (015) 516 5090 at PSG to get my history Policy no: 10839038. On 23/08/13 I called James, who told me that he would not find my history. I never though a straight forward claim could result in a difficulty and hassles which in turn becomes a time wasting and consuming exercise. I have serious reservation and concerns about my future as a client at MiWay going forward. MiWay seems to be quick to accept us clients but hide behind bureaucracy when it comes to settling claims.
