My claim is not getting necessary attention

On the 4th April I called Miway and lodged in a claim. I was helped by Jethro Johnson. After he captured all he needed an sms went through my phone stating the case number and his details for follow up. On the 6th, I received an sms to take the vehicle for assessment at Leon Panelbeaters. I got to Leon Panelbeater and an assessment was done around 2pm. I waited the whole of Tuesday 7th until today, 15th. A week and two days. In that week, I was calling in, e-mailin and leaving voice messages with Jethro. This claim of mine is not receiving full attention. I called the Panelbeaters and they told me that everything was sent to the insurance people so they did their part. Today, 15th, when I have had it with this delay, I emailed Jethro saying I wanted to report the service I am getting, thats when he responds back with a report attached which I can't open. Did I have to threaten to get feedback? So I am appealing to Miway that you are not rendering a good service to your members. A claim that is sitting for a week and two days been assessed is not acceptable. I am highly disappointed at the way my claim is handled. I am writting this report now, my vehicle is still not yet attended to but at the same time
