Horrific service - Liability claims

I am currently in the process with a liability claim against Innovation Group, because of one of their clients that crashed into my legally parked vehicle and then drove away from the accident scene. I phoned Rene van Rensburg and received a claim number. Several days later they sent me the form to what is all needed to start processing the claim. On 26 Aug 2013, I faxed and emailed the neccesary docs back to the email adress and fax nr provided by them. As stated on the form I waited 5 days before I emailed and phoned numerous times to confirm receipt of my docs, to this day no reply by Rene van Rensburg. I phone daily but nobody answers the phone or reply on any email. Even my husband phoned 15 times on one day without being able to reach them. I am getting to the point where I want to appoint a legal respresentative to sort out this horrific bad service. In the mean time my 11 month old vehicle looks terrible and I will have to fork up the difference as the quotes I gave to Innovation group has already expired and have more than likely gone up in price in the meantime. How can one company be so neverminded and give such horrific service to client.
