Policy cover but not paying out

I am a policy holder at Innovation Group, I had a claim for my bakkie approved for my fuel rail system. Twelve days later my bakkie started to struggle to start. When the bakkie went in for the fuel rail I ask the dealer to check way the bakkie don't want to start. the result was that the alternator was faulty, the dealer then phoned Innovation group the log a claim. Innovation Group came back and told the dealer that the alternator is covered but that it is on the same claim and that thy will not pay out more to repaire to problem of the alternator. My question now is how is a fuel rail and a alternator the same claim. All that I'm getting out of them is thy cover the alternator but that it is not covered. Policy no: UNQ009414... I phoned the Complaints Department
to log a complaint and is still waiting for a respons.
