Abselutely Pathetic Service

It is absolutely horrifying the service one receives from innovation group and their staff members. This complaint is specifically aimed at Mr Alex Gwamanda and Mrs Rene v Rensburg. It has been a week since i accepted the claim amount and mailed it back to them, requesting feedback regularly about when the money is to be paid to my account. Every day a get a 'i will find out and call you back immediately" from Mr Alex. Everyday i have to phone HIM!!! with no answer or no one answering the phones from their side. It is absolutely pathetic service, how you can still keep clients with this type of service is shocking! As i told you Mr Alex, a quotation is valid only for 30days, there after these guys up their amounts on new quotes and I HAVE TO PAY IN THE DIFFERENCE due to your incompetence!!!
