Unacceptable Service from One PET

I am utterly dissapointed with the level of service I have received from the One Pet Call Centre, I've called them 15 times from last year November which cost me money and have still not received my claim amount. I was told that I would be paid a portion of my claim but nothing has been received. I keep get getting cut off by the Call Centre or get passed around from consultant to consultant who knows absolutely nothing! I want my insurance cancelled ASAP!!..and I hope that no one ever takes up a policy with you. I will certainly not refer ONE PET to my friends and family!
