2011 Mitsubishi Triton 2.4 Di-D Club Cab was involved in an accident on 27 October 2012. All correct procedures regarding reporting we followed and executed. Outsurance supplied towing services and rental vehicle to the nearest town which was Queenstown in the Eastern Cape. The vehicle was supplied for 30days after which it was withdrawn.

3 Weeks after the accident there was no authorisation for the Triton to be moved from Queenstown to Port Elizabeth as per my request. After enquiring the Triton was then towed to Auto Trust in Port Elizabeth.

Today is the 25 January 2013, the vehicle has not been completed to be repaired. Our supposed "bending-backwards" insurer has not communicated with me for over a month regarding the status of the vehicle. On every call I make to the company, I am dodged and told that the relevant person will revert without them ever reverting back to me. My insurer continues to deduct their premium even though they are not in the least cared of whether or not I have a functional vehicle. I have had to rent another vehicle to have the utility of Light Delivery Vehicle.

This situation is unacceptable, unethical and most importantly dishonest.
