BUT WHY AIG

Everytime I submitt a claim i have to submitt a whole book of documents yet your claim documents state that if you have made changes to the policy or recently joined the scheme you do require blood samples and stuff. My medical history is for me and my doctor not for anyone else. My leave is my leave and nobody else. If you don't want to pay me out please refund me my premiums since 2010. I spent one day in hospital yet AIG WANTS ME TO SPEND THE WHOLE DAY GATHERING THE INFORMATION YET I FILLED IN THE HOSPITAL CONTACT DETAILS AND THE ADMITTING DOCTOR'S DETAIL. IF YOU WANT THAT INFORMATION PLEASE REFER TO THE CLAIM DOCUMENTS
