Insurance doesn't payout

Had a motorbike accident this was my first claim to my insurance. they informed of what they need from me which includes - SAP Report, Registration document of bike, Quotation of damages, Completed claim form . i provided them with all the documents except for SAP report of which it took me months to get, had to take day off to get it and when I finally got it then Niekie tells me that they need my blood samples to see if i was not drinking and i should obtain from hospital so now my claim won't be processed. I had this accident on the rd of March 2013 and my bike is still sitting at Linex Yamaha nothing had been done to it and also it took the insurance guys a month to go and assess my bike. I spent money and my time to get all the documentation that they require and now they want blood sample??? it was going to say on the police report if i was under the influence or not. Quicksure doesn't want to pay out my claim and am still paying my monthly premiums every month i've never back paid. But my claim is still not processed.
