SAME PROBLEM EVERYTIME I CLAIM

Good day

I always seem to have the same problem with chartis, I sent through a claim on the 25 of December 2013 when I called and logged the claim the consultant told me that since the policy is older than 2 years the only documents that need to be sent was the claim form, motivation letter from attending doctor & hospital account when I called to do a follow up on the 11 working day the lady tells me that if it is a Durban client they need to send reports for blood and x-ray and then she told me let's wait till Friday because that was the 14th day and there turn around time for processing a claim, I then called on Monday the 21st of January the guy said he will escalate it. During this whole time I have not received any correspondence from Chartis. Why are there different rules for the different areas
