About 18 months ago i took out a building loan with Nedbank to finish building the house
for the 1st 3 months i used debit order to pay them which went of on the 25th of each because my salary had changed i resorted to depositing the my monthly payments on the 3rd of each month I have never missed a payment but the collection department of Nedbank kept on calling me to say my account is in arrears by a month which I explained to them and they explained back and the matter was resolved.
4 months later i started receiving call from Nedbank's ill mannered agents who gave attitude and still continue to give me attitude even today about my account being in arrears when I request my payment history from them, they insist that i should go to any Nedbank branch for allegations they are instituting over phone, every time they call me their agents are rude, they argue bad telephone manners, even when I ask to speak to a supervisor they refuse. My thinking is at least with a senior staff member it's easy to hold someone accountable to date I have dealt with over 35 agents. It now feels like harassment over a matter that was resolved a long time a go. I wish I went to a different bank.
