Had a motorbike accident a month ago. Grace from Outsurance phoned ME the next day to enquire if I'm ok and to assure me that my bike has been taken to their holding area and would be sent in for evaluation by them to the repair shops. I hadn't even put the phone down when I recieved her direct contact information via SMS. She contacted me regularly keeping me in the loop. Once it was assertained that the bike was a write off, she organized for me to send them the spare keys and the registration documents and then Mpho took over and the money is being payed into my account today. It was a pleasure dealing with these agents.
