4 visits in a 40 min queue, still not right

All I wanted to do is activate my internet banking. First visit - Menlyn Retail branch - unsuccessful as I was told my ID was incorrect on their system and when they tried to change it the 'system went down'. Second visit - Menlyn Retail branch, everything is set up (apparently) - I get home, NOTHING works. Third visit - Brooklyn branch - unsuccessful - The consultant tells me that no, nothing on the system had been updated. So it was as if my second visit never happened. Get home, try to do my first online payment... YOU HAVE A LIMIT OF R0.00. No one thought to tell me: "Sir, would you like to set your limit or else us activating this service for you is COMPLETELY useless! "4th visit - unsuccessful. I arrived at the bank at 15:00. Signed the list to speak to a consultant. Waited until 15:50. Then a lady comes up to me and says, I am terribly sorry sir, all our consultants have gone home.

Visit number 5 - a visit to First National Bank to transfer my accounts and funds to them.
