Pathetic service with approval of claims amount

Extremely dissatisfied with the process in which my claim has been handled. 2 years of insurance premiums taken without a fuss and now when a claim needs to be put through, I guess thats when you realise whether the Insurance company is what they claim to be. My claim was approved to my knowledge and I submitted quotes as was requested. I was told by Bontle Monchusi that I need not take car the for an assessment and management was going to decide on the approval of the claim amount. Follow ups during the week I was led 2 believe that the amt jus needed approval. And now one week later of me doing the follow-up, I am told I need to take the car for an assessment and this is procedure. Procedure??? I was willing to take the car for an assessment from the date that the quotes was submitted. Apparently Divan Koekemoer who is the manager advised initially that I need not take it, surely he should know procedure. PAthetic. Now I just have a week before my quotes expire and considering it takes a week for them to realise what procedures needs to be followed, I will probably wait another 3weeks before they approve the amount. Pathetic service.
