Hollard as an insurance provider you have completely failed me. I am sitting now on the net getting quotes on [URL Removed] because I've had it with the way you handling your clients. I have my vehicle insured for commercial usage, and my broker is Direct Axis. If i remember very well I took up my policy with you guys, but everytime i have to make a claim i personally need to call my broker and the claims are still gonna be approved by you. I have made a request to get a courtesy car and its the second day now I havn't recieved it because some manager of yours is sitting in meetings all day to come and approve my claim. I personally went out of my way to get contacts for the assessment centre so ur broker can confirm whether the vehicle is actually there and its condition, why do I always have to run around looking for quotes to fix my car... isn't that your responsibility? Worse part I am not even on your system when your consultants look me up to confirm a claim, what joke is that??? I've been paying premiums for a whole year now. Ek is met hulle... im droping you as soon as I sort out my car, period. Whoever else that wants to take you as their insurer i wish them goodluck!!
