Dial Direct Insurance
Failure to make payment as promised

My mom has a policy with DIAL DIRECT, and had submitted a claim when the car got in an accident. The insurance declared the car written off as the cost to repair the car exceeded the value of the car. We then submitted the necessary documents required to process the claim. The insurance still hasn't paid out any amount till date and this has been over 3weeks now. Moreover we have received no form of communication from their side explaining their delay! This is the worst insurance ever!!!
