Nedbank
Failure to comply with request

I have had an investment with our local branch of Nedbank since August 2011. The type of investment in Just Invest and my investment number is 28966137. My husbank has a similar investment and he receives monthly statment for same. I have been in to the bank FIVE times since last August, requesting the same, and each time been assured by various consultants that this will happen. Nothing has happened.
