86 year old Granny, waiting 8 months for money

My Grand Mother is living in Canada and is dependent on her late husband's pension, this if sent by Liberty Life to Standard Bank's "Nonresident center". The "nonresidents" center is then supposed to send the money to my Grandmother, she has call Kenny Khumalo four time over the last eight month. She has filled in forms and sent them to Kenny via register post as great cost to her, Kenny has signed for the documents needed (proof of this has been sent to him and his manager Ms Lucia Maphoto). Kenny now says that the letter was lost. Standard bank's employment of incompetent personal is shocking, Kenny has repeatedly informed my grandmother that he will sort it out and call her back, he has not done so once. My grandmother suffers while Kenny sits on his hands and passes the buck, if this is the way Standard bank treats people abroad I would strongly advise against anyone internationally using Standard bank. Ms Lucia Maphoto and Kenny Khumalo have now informed me that the address they gave my grandmother to send the documents was incorrect and she has to now send the documents via register mail again, all this because they need proof she is still alive and living in Canada.
