Avoiding questions about charges & service

MFC refuses to provide answers as to what services they are providing for the R60 monthly service fee, on top of excessive interest on my motor loan. Be wary of dealing with any part of the Nedbank group - they all make a living by taking charges, usually well hidden in contracts, for which no service is provided and is far in excess of international standards.
