Promises of doing a job but never arrives and neve

I called Kenny to get him to come and remove a whole lot of garden refuse, was told that he would try and get to our house asap. We told him we needed it removed by the weekend as we had a kids party on the Saturday. That was on Wednesday. He never called back, i called him and sent messages to him over Thursday and Friday, he said he would do his best to get there by the weekend, but nothing ever materialised. Another entire week has passed and we have still not seen or heard from him. In this day and age, business is business, and if you start off with a bad attitude, your reputation will be a very short lived one. I will never use him in the future for anything, nor will i recommend him. If anyone mentions they might be using him, i will discourage them and tell them exactly why. A simple phonecall to keep me updated would be great, but we just never heard anything from him. In my opinion, extremely poor attitude!
