No feedback regarding my refund

I had joined the gym on 10 May 2013 (membership: PF-000244589). The sales person i had dealt with was Kenny. On 16 May 2013 i had called Kenny informing him that due to me relocating i needed to cancel my membership immediately. He informed me to contact Garth, the General Manager. I did call Garth and forwarded my cancellation letter (WHICH WAS WELL WITHIN THE 5 DAY CANCELLATION POLICY) along with a copy of my contract via mail. He assured me that he will call me back on 20 May 2013 as he was busy doing recons of all refunds the club needed to make. After not receiving that phone call, nor a response to my follow up mail to him, i decided to go on your company website and inquire through that. Thabo Mphuthi then emailed me and informed me that they will follow up with the club and get back to me. I never received any feedback. I then followed up again, Thabo then says that the refund department will contact me.
Till today, 04 June 2013, i have not received any communication from the gym nor your refund department.
This morning the debit order goes off for an amount of R365.00. Thus far i am being owed R1024 as i had paid R659.00 from my Edgars account.
Please help refund me!!!
