I ordered and paid for Evation boots from Kenny racing South Africa, who supply online goods as do the parent company in France. This all happened in September/ October 2012. I have made numerous phone calls and sent even more e-mails with no replies. I think they are an embarrassment to their international partners who are still advertising.
