Watch Out!! Hollard MotorXtender is a!!!

After being a policy payer for over 5 years at nearly R300 a month, I unfortunately had to make a claim when my cars turbo went, after paying almost R15 000 to Hollard they give me a maximum contribution of R1000 - all kinds of small print. I know I won't get anything out of this but feel the need to warn other consumers who is on that plan that they are wasting their hard earned cash on a policy that is only there to benefit the insurer.
Surely this can't be ethical?? They failed to return my call in over a week, so, bad customer service, next to no pay out and basically they carry on making money from from consumers by offering little to no benefit when the crunch comes.
