An employee from Doon Village damaged my vehicle on the 9th of October. There insurance representative Rama Rajkumar sent the claim through only on the 22 of October (Slack!). I had to contact Rama 3 time via email before I got a response, only for him to pass the buck to Neil Wyngaard, from whom I have not received any feedback since.
