Being mugged by Hollard Insurance

I have been paying R76 00 for more than ten years to Hollard Insurance. I have a reference number from the bank Hollard_In BMKF 00317 but each time iIcall them they cannot pick up my policy on their system. This was supposed to be a hospital cash backplan policy but I have not received a sent from them since I took the policy in the year 2000 or earlier. All I want to know is why am i being mugged by such a huge insurance company. I want answers and would like to have a full refund plus the interest of the money that i have been paying to Hollard. I do not even have a policy book because this was a telephonic business deal. I was hospitalised myself this year and i can not even claim. Somebody pleasze assist!!!
