36 DAYS STILL NO FEEDBACK VEHICLE WRITTEN OFF

On 31 July 2013 our vehicle broke down on the way to Sun City, my husband was alone and his cellphone's battery died. He had to walk several km's before someone eventialy stopped to help him by this time it was already very late and he was going to sort out the brakedown of the vehicle the next morning. The Suncity police phoned us during the early hours of the morning stating that our vehicle was found vandalized and stripped of the wheels and set on fire to the point where nothing is left. I was told to have the vehicle moved with a flatbed towtruck to the nearest panelbeater which was done early the next day. Needless to say after 2 assessors have been investigating and reporting I still have no feedback or payout from Zurich!!!
