Insurance claim pending since 15.12.2012

They broke into my vehicle on the 14th of December 2012, since then I have been without it. The towing service collected my vehicle on the 145th of December, they towed it to Renew it, and the assesor only saw did the evaluation/quote on the 7th of January 2013, coming to over R19000. They broke the lock, the battery, spare wheel, batterty, tools, radio and speakers and attempted to break the aerial - how does this amount to R19 000? The quote has paint work and wheels on that are in perfect condition! Then when I asked about it, they were prepared to WRITE OFF the vehicle, needless to say this does not make sense. I requested the vehicle be moved to a different panel beater and now the vehicle has been there for 2 weeks and still no response, follow-up or feedback from the insurance company. I am appalled by the lack of customer service and utter disregard for my inconvenience. I have never dealt with such unprofessional people in my iife!
