Poor service

We refuel at a Sasol petrol station the owner is insured with Zurich. The petrol pump attendant put petrol into our diesel vehicle, our brand new Grand Jeep Cherokee for which we had not even made the first payment broke down. We had the vehicle towed to our dealership. The assessor took 3 weeks to come out, besides the fact that he is implying that we are at fault this after the Sasol station owner apologised and accepted liability, the petrol pump attendant apologised. We are still without our vehicle and are having to pay for a hire vehicle for the past 3 weeks. Zurich service delivery leaves much to be desired.
