As per my previous complaint I am still unsatisfied with the feedback from Zurich. To date I only received 1 written response from them. They are still awaiting for my broker to get back to them re- my policy documents which I still didn't receive. After 3 months they rejected my claim based on the fact that I wasn't aware of the terms stipulated in my policy. My argument with Zurich is that they rejected my claim without doing the necessary investigations. At first there was no proof of force entry and now they say that I shouldn't of left my broken into vehicle unattended. Why did they not reject the claim at the first instance when I sent the claim? Why did they request photos and other documents from me when the clause was staring them in the face that my vehicle shouldn't of been left unattended? It seems that Zurich is looking for a loop hole and they do not want to pay out my claim. Without any questions asked my monthly premiums were debited and now when I need their assistance they cant deliver promptly. They need to reconsider my claim and do proper evaluations rather than trying to pass the blame on me. Their lack of incompetence is becoming very intolerable.
