Insurance -the necessary "evil"

My sons vehicle a 2007 Honda Civic 1.8 interior got burnt (more melted because of the heat) on the passenger side electrical power window. It is clear that the electrical fire started at the power window switch. One of the assessors claim that they smelt petrol in the car 20 days later. Zurich via Orico the claims admin company appointed 4 different assessors to determine the cause of the fire. Each time they were not satisfied with the previous assesors report. I have sent various letters and email to Indwe and Orico but still no joy. My broker Indwe Risk keeps passing the buck onto Orico who passes it onto Zurich. I even went as far as doing my own research and found that Honda vehicles from 2005-2007 have had problems with the electrical components and wiring [URL Removed] This is one of many articles on the web.
