Delay in my claim

Claim took place 21 March 2013 up until today my insurance company has not provided me with the outcome of my claim the only response am getting from Zurich is investigators contacting me asking me the same questions over and over again also signing documents which have Acts which i dont know anything about.
My vehicle was parked at a panel beater of my choice and was removed without my permission by Zurich up until today after me asking for my vehicle 16 times back Zurich refuses to give me back my vehicle, all they want to do is investigate to find a way not to pay my silly claim of R43700, which in result is costing me more money as this vehicle belongs to my business, WHY? WHY? is the question i ask everyday for the past 43 days, they are too good to take my premium every month and ask me all the time to adhere to their policy terms. I am also an insurance broker and i will advise everyone NEVER INSURE WITH ZURICH for 11 years in the industry this is the worse service my clients and myself as ever recieved they are happy to ask for business but when there is a claim they will look for ways not to pay a claim... GIVE ME BACK MY VEHICLE
