3rd Party Claim payout taking 2 months and countin

I was involved in an accident whereby a client of Zurich knocked into me from behind, all relevant documentation was submitted the next day after the accident. Once the matter was handed over to the 3rd party Consultant at Zurich she advised an assessor would go out which he did, in turn she advised i must call her a week later which i did only to find out she is still awaiting the assessor report. This has caused me such an inconvenience as now i have no vehicle for 2 months which is affecting my job and now the panel beater advised if this claim is not actioned before the end of November they will not be able to repair the vehicle which means i will have to wait till the new year. This is a simple case Zurich client hit me from behind but this has turned out to be a withdrawn process which is unacceptable as now im left to suffe
